Each order is packed with care from my private studio.

Please allow 24–48 business hours for a response.

Messages are answered Tuesday–Saturday during studio business hours.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare and package your order before it ships.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Standard USPS shipping times typically range between:

• 3–7 business days 

Shipping times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holiday volume.

Once your package has been handed over to USPS, M&M Nail Studio is not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

All retail sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at questions@shopmanisandmimosas.com within 3 days of delivery so we can review your concern.

Photos may be required for damaged or incorrect items.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

M&M Nail Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the packaging and product

We will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.

For lost packages marked as “Delivered,” please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

In-Studio Pick Up 

If you select in-studio pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready.

Please wait for confirmation before arriving.
